RETURNs and exchanges

BEFORE PROCEEDING, PLEASE NOTE: If you have scanned and redeemed the NFT from the NFC Product Card, we are not able to accept the return of the item. Once you have redeemed the NFT associated with the item, this denotes that you officially own the product and is recorded on the blockchain. There is no way to undo this action, so please verify that you intend to keep the product BEFORE you redeem the NFT, otherwise you may not return the product. Original Product Card featuring the NFC tag must be included with the return.

Please read our return and exchange policy below:

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Defective Products: We accept returns for items that have manufacturing defects, such as tears, rips, or issues with custom dye.

  2. Unredeemed NFT: We only accept returns for items that have NOT been redeemed on the blockchain.

  3. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot accept any returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support support@ahappycactus.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the defect.

  2. Approval: Once we review your request, we will provide further instructions if the return is approved. Only items that have been approved by our customer service team will be accepted for return.

  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Ensure to include the defective item AND the NFC Product Card that was delivered with the item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Items that have been redeemed on the blockchain.

  2. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  3. Items that are not in their original condition and packaging.

  4. Items returned after the 30-day return window.

Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible.

Exchanges:

We are a small business and cannot accept exchanges at this time. Please double-check sizing before placing an order.
